Aromatic fragrances are those that contain more herbal, botanical notes such as thyme, sage, rosemary, cumin and lavender. Often combined with notes of citrus and spice, aromatic scents tend to be on the fresher side. Most traditional mens’ colognes are aromatic scents. One of the most iconic aromatics in fragrance history is 4711. These days, however, there are a lot of new and modern takes on aromatics that are perfect for the person who wants something fresh, green and a bit spiced.
