Gourmand
Gourmand fragrances are those mouth-watering, almost edible fragrances. They can be quite sweet, however sometimes take a delightfully savoury turn. In essence, gourmand refers to fragrance that resemble food. They often contain notes like fruits, vanilla, honey, and almond. They can also have a little umami from notes like dark chocolate, black coffee or salt to balance out the sweet – just like the perfect dessert! Gourmands can be paired with floral or woody notes to make the most delicious good-enough-to-eat fragrances.
