HOW IT WEARS
Silky Woods Elixir opens with a flurry of green aromatics as verdant as the canopy of the agarwood groves where its essence is born. Heightened by the lushness of sun-ripened figs and the earthen verdure of fig leaves, but warmed by saffron, sprinkled in like dappled sunlight. Then comes the overdose of agarwood – rich, golden, animalic and resinous – which intensifies and deepens the composition. Iris softly tempers the bitterness of the fig leaves, and rose lends an exquisite floral dimension to the fragrance. The dry-down is a forest floor of resins, oakmoss and vanilla, which lasts on the skin for 8-10 hours.Â
