On this sculpture soap, mimosa has left its imprint and its incomparable fragrance, reminiscent of the bright winters of Grasse.
About the fragrance:
An olfactory rustle of violet leaves over a drop of bergamot essence reveals a heart of mimosa absolute and orange blossom, underscored by lilac. The base note of heliotrope is enriched with an intense musk.

HOW IT WEARS
Belle de Grasse opens with the unmistakable earthy, powdery scent of Mimosa. A dry floral opening with a touch of Violet Leaf coming through creates a gorgeous, unique scent. Floral yet a dry, greener version of a typical floral. Belle de Grasse settles into a soft, earthy scent. The longevity is good, this is an Eau de Toilette so we get around 6 hours wear on the skin.
We love the unique quality of Mimosa – a note that is not the star in a lot of fragrances, there is such an interesting quality to it and we love how Fragonard has made it the star of this fragrance. And we’ll take a fragrance that transports us to the home of fragrance – Grasse!
ABOUT THE BRAND
Named after the famous Grasse-born painter, Jean-Honoré Fragonard, the perfume house of Fragonard was created in 1926 by Jean-François Costa. Today, his daughters Agnès and Françoise preside over the perfumery’s destiny, as it has passed through several generations. Well known for owning and operating the Fragonard Museum (Musee de Parfum Fragonard) – a unique museum concept that brings to life the mythical and often mysterious world of perfume. An iconic museum to accompany an iconic perfume brand!
