HOW IT WEARS
Revolución opens with the airy and uplifting oxygen accord before beginning to reveal the more aromatic notes of thyme, mate tea and violet leaf. The orange blossom in this scent is not sweet, but adds an additional freshness to the scent. The warm saffron and cedarwood then appear, which help to bridge the bright opening notes with the darker notes of incense leather. This fragrance has good longevity and projection, lasting 6-8 hours on the skin.

We love how Revolución isn’t overly literal – yes, it has a rebellious leather accord, but it also has an uplifting, optimistic, airy facet to it. The sentiment it embodies is that of hope for a better world, of hope in the people around us. It’s also nice to see Carner return to its roots – the brand founder Sara Carner comes from a family of leather artisans, and this is a new and unique interpretation of leather for the brand – not too heavy, but still true and realistic.
