ヒノキ浴 – Hinoki Meditation is an ode to the iconic native Japanese tree, the hinoki cypress. Considered a sacred tree in Japan, its timber is resilient and hardy, and has been used to build temples, shrines and other such important structures since ancient times. In addition, it is one of the main ingredients you will find in traditional Japanese incense and has been used in Shinto purification rituals and ceremony for thousands of years. Beyond that, hinoki oil has strong antimicrobial properties, and is known for its calming, mood boosting aromatherapeutic properties!
