HOW IT WEARS
Beginning with bright bergamot and a sparkly pink pepper note, it’s not long before Blue Madeleine develops on the skin to reveal its slightly more gourmand notes. Milk, praline and cinnamon add a creamy, softly sweet, slightly buttery quality to the scent, which is accented by aromatic, almost smoky black tea and a gentle, velvety rose note. In the dry down, smooth sandalwood and resins ground the scent – not super prominently, just enough to anchor the fragrance to the skin.

This scent is delicate, but that’s what makes it so beautiful – spritzing it immediately elicits a sense of calm and tranquillity. To us it kind of smells like a Thai milk tea or Earl Grey bubble tea – softly sweet and milky but still with a tanin-y smoky whisper in the background.
