My second year of Spritzmas and it’s even better than last year! First off, the box design was a huge improvement and I loved all the scents that the ladies picked out this time around! Definitely found a few that I’ll be purchasing for my own collection. Such a great idea and can’t wait to see what they bring out next year xx

We are so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our 12 Days of Spritzmas. As already communicated via email, we wanted to give you some insight into some of the points you mentioned being disappointed with…this has been an incredibly challenging year for small business and we have worked so very hard to bring the best advent calendar to our customers. The whole concept is to include as many new launches from 2023 as possible to highlight and celebrate newness. We also like to include only a couple of best-selling icons in the collection as the focus is newness (which we have been very clear about in all marketing). I imagine that the reason you received samples of the newness from other brands already this year is because each brand is also promoting new launches. We chose to focus on newness for our 12 Days of Spritzmas as we believe most customers purchasing the advent calendar are regular customers who have already tried best-sellers over the years.
Of course as we mentioned this year being a very challenging year for most (acknowledging that this does not only apply to ourselves running a small business), we are also limited with what the brands/suppliers can provide in terms of the vials for the calendar, so we need to work together in what is available. Unfortunately this is the thing with advent calendars, and fragrance in general – everyone has different tastes and we can’t please everyone! We have had so much feedback from other customers about how much they have loved the variety and trying new scents that they wouldn’t ordinarily gravitate towards.
In regards to the pricing of the 12 Day of Spritzmas – we barely make any money from the 12 Days of Spritzmas. It is something we create because we love it and we know that our customers love it every year. The time, effort and heart that goes into creating it is something that cannot be communicated via email, which is also probably why your review has affected us so greatly.
And finally, we sit on a little bit of a lot of fragrance and there are things beyond our control that dictate whether all items are in stock. If you have looked on our website recently, you will see that 11 out of the 12 fragrances in the advent calendar are currently available for purchase and thus to be used in conjunction with the discount offer that runs all month.

This was by far my absolute favourite advent calendar I’ve ever opened,
Every scent was so beautiful, and if I didn’t like it for myself they were a perfect little gift to give to someone else! I’ve made some amazing discoveries that I will definitely be repurchasing again and again,
My only wish is that there was a 24 day advent calendar!
