The concept of “viriditas” is attributed to the very same Hildegard. Literally it means “greenness”, but she used it to refer to the divinity of nature and as a metaphor for physical or spiritual health.

HOW IT WEARS
Beginning with sheer white musk and radiant orange blossom, it doesn’t take longe before Viriditas Magica reveals its heart of lush white florals. Heady jasmine and creamy tuberose form a pure bouquet in the heart, made more realistic by the grassy-greenery of freshly picked wildflowers. Cardamom and clove in the base add both spice and a kind of green sparkle, which compliments the florals perfectly.

To us, Viriditas Magica smells like a florist. The white florals are dewy, fresh, and green in character, made all the more bright and sparkling by that pinch of spice. This is a fabulous fragrance for those who don’t usually gravitate towards florals in fragrance, as Viriditas Magica actually smells like the real thing, rather than a recreation of a flower.
