This fragrance opens with tart lemon accompanied by sharp cedar and the herbaceousness of thyme. The hemp essential oil in the heart is subtle but detectable, enveloped in a blanket of earthy geranium and hinoki. The base is also a beautiful aromatic blend of incenses, resins and musks which grounds the scent perfectly. Overall, The Herbalist is calming, grounding and relaxing – exactly as it promises, and will take you on a journey throughout its wear which is about 4-6 hours on the skin.
