The rule of 72 is a formula that estimates the amount of time it takes for an investment to double in value. As a back-of-the-envelope calculation, one simply divides 72 by the annual interest rate.

HOW IT WEARS
Rule of 72 opens with the bright, almost mineralic cypress and cardamom, combined with the warmth of saffron and the earthiness of geranium. The Thai oud (the highest quality oud available) is absolutely exquisite, pure and prominent in the heart of this scent – sweetened slightly by ylang ylang, enveloped in a creamy blanket of guaiac wood. The base of leather, vetiver and patchouli give the fragrance a muted and elegant landing pad… complex and intriguing without being too loud. Overall this scent has incredible projection and will last on the skin for 6-8 hours or even longer!
