TO USE AS HEATPACK: Put your wheatbag in the microwave on high for maximum 2 and a half minutes, or it will get too hot to comfortably put on your skin. You can give the bag a shake to disperse the heat – keeping it mind it can get very hot! Then, place on area of soreness or aching. The heat should last 30-45 minutes depending on the temperature of your surrounding environment.
TO USE AS COLDPACK: Put your wheatbag in the freezer for 30 minutes or until it’s cold – it can even be stored in there until you need it, as long as it is in a freezer-safe container. Then, place on area of pains or strains, to reduce inflammation and pain.
