The newest release from the prestigious house of Creed is here: Carmina!
Drawing inspiration from Creed’s fashion heritage, Carmina boasts an electric sensibility that captures the essence of a bold and passionate woman. With a powerful silage, Carmina is as unapologetically bold and glamourous as the gowns it’s inspired by.
In Carmina, black cherry, saffron and pink pepper work together to render the more classic notes of rose and violet thoroughly modern. Its dry down of incenses, spice and amber adds an opulence to the composition that is just breathtaking. This fragrance is a bit of a departure from the Creed we’re used to – this scent is for the modern, powerful woman – it’s rich, intense, and totally captivating.
Top: Black Cherry, Saffron, Pink Pepper
Middle: Rose de Mai, Violet, Cashmere Wood, Peony
Base: Frankincense, Myrrh, Amber, Musk
HOW IT WEARS
Carmina opens with the rich but balanced sweetness of black cherry, warmed and brightened by golden saffron and sparkling pink pepper. As the scent begins to dry down, the intoxicating pink Rose de Mai, peony and earthy violet come into bloom, blended as a spectacular bouquet. The base notes then begin to reveal themselves – the slight sharpness of frankincense and myrrh embrace the smoothness of cashmere wood and musk. This fragrance has a wonderful silage, and lasts on the skin for 8+ hours!
Carmina has become an absolute obsession for us at Lore. While sweet and floral, its woodsy, ambery dry down is what takes it to the next level. Carmina doesn’t care what other people think. She dresses boldy, she laughs loudly, she loves deeply – she wants to experience everything life has to offer, and she’s doing it glamorously!
