HOW IT WEARS
Fourteen Carrots begins in the earth. Not the idea of earth as an accord, but the real thing. Cool soil clinging to roots, the damp dark where sweetness is born quietly. Carrot absolute has this rare double nature. It is vegetal and tender, but also velvety, almost fruity, with a soft, rooty warmth that feels like skin after sun. In this fragrance it is the core, the hidden sweetness that lives below the surface. Plum brings a dark juiciness, ripe and shadowed, not bright, more the colour of late afternoon than midday. The plum makes the carrot feel more golden, more sensual. It is the way a buried root can taste of summer even while it grows in darkness. Then oud arrives, deep and steady, a resinous hush. It does not overpower. It grounds. It gives the blend a slow pulse, a quiet gravity that feels ancient. With oud, the carrot absolute becomes less a note and more a presence, something you can lean into. Earth becomes body. Sweetness becomes depth.

To us, in the best way, Fourteen Carrots smells like honey-roasted carrots, or a really good carrot cake. Caremelised, warm, but still a little earthy and charred.
